The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. the view of the lake was really nice, and it was a nice break from the bustling city life.
The location is too isolated which makes going to the town centre quite a mission. the front desk staff were a mix of good and not so good.

Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast with a variety of options, although it may lack some Western choices. the front desk staff are generally helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth.
Some staff members seem to be confused and lack proper training, as evidenced by conflicting information regarding payment methods.

The bed was really comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast is decent but it could be better if there were more Western food options. , the staff at the front desk were friendly and provided good customer service.
The hotel is located far from the town center which made it difficult to get around. the staff did not honor the do not disturb signs, constantly knocking and calling for service.
